Washington-Lincoln Alumni Association 2025 Scholarship Recipients

“Academic Excellence and Social Responsibility”

Purpose: The Washington-Lincoln Alumni Association Scholarship assists students pursuing a higher education through a variety of merit and need-based programs.

Scholarship Award: $1,500

Criteria:

• Student must be a senior in their final year of high school at Booker T. Washington or Lincoln High Schools.

• Student must have an overall grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

• Student must complete the requirements listed below.

Requirements:

• The application form must be completed and submitted on or before the deadline date.

• An official transcript must be attached to the application.

• Two letters of recommendation must be attached to the application (Academic and Community Service).

The application will be disqualified if any of the above-mentioned requirements are not included and/or any question is not answered.

Deadline: March 24, 2026

The Washington-Lincoln Alumni Association will begin accepting applications on February 1, 2026. Applications received before this date will not be considered.

All scholarship recipients must submit a 4x6 “cap and gown” headshot with the tassel on the right. If this photo is not received by June 2, 2026, the scholarship will not be awarded.
