What We Do

The Washington-Lincoln Alumni Association of Dallas (WLAA) is dedicated to honoring the proud legacy of Booker. Washington and Lincoln High Schools by uplifting the next generation of scholars and leaders. One of the most impactful ways WLAA fulfills its mission is through awarding scholarships to deserving students.

These scholarships are given to provide financial assistance, recognize academic achievement, and encourage students to pursue higher education.By investing in young people from Booker T. Washington High School and Lincoln High School, WLAA ensures that the values of perseverance, excellence and community service continue to strive.

Beyond financial support, the scholarships also represent a bond between alumni and students—a commitment to give back, open doors of opportunity, and empower students to succeed in college and beyond.
